JUNIOR K.G. ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022

Registration Procedure & Rules for Admission - Jr. Kg.

Online Registration Forms for Jr. Kg. admission will be available on the school website. www.beskurla.org/karthika.

Schedule for the same is as follows:

Online Forms open for siblings from 12th to 16th January, 2021.

For others (outside)    18-01-2021   to 22-01-2021.

             Age limit:  Born between   01.10.2016   to 31-12-2017

Submission                :          Siblings:    18th   to  21th January, 2021.

                                                            Others       27th   to  29th January 2021.

Time                                        :        10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

List  Display  : Others       5th February, 2021      at    5.00  p.m.

 

Direct Admission for  Siblings     :   9th     to 12th February, 2021.

                                     Others      :   16th   to   18th February, 2021.

                                                              (As per allotted list on 5th Feb 2021)

 

Time                                        :        10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Instructions

      I.    The child must be born between 01-10-2016 to 31-12-2017.This age limit will not be relaxed.

    II.    Admission will be awarded to the ward only on producing original date of birth certificate from the Mumbai Municipal Corporation or from the authorities of the state Government. No Admission will be awarded on the basis of affidavits.

   III.    All entries in this form must be filled in completely. Incomplete application will not be accepted.

  IV.    Issue of this form does not guarantee admission unless otherwise accepted by the school   authorities with relevant documents on the stipulated date.

    V.     Bus service is not provided by the school and school does not take the responsibility of any private vehicle used for drop and pick up of the children.

Documents to be attached

    I.      Xerox copy of the fees receipt of your children studying in this school ( Compulsory in case of own brother/ sister)

  II.      One Xerox copy of Aadhar card, ration card and Birth Certificate at the time of submission.

 III.      One Xerox copy of Caste Certificate if applicable.

IV.      Combine Family photo- Father, mother & child (Passport size).

 

Detail information for submission of fees and documents for the selected students shall be intimated along with the list of selected students.

All admissions to the school for Jr. Kg. are online.  Any wrong information on the application form filled online will amount to disqualification

Parents are requested to check the school website from time to time, to ensure that they do not miss the dates.
