All fees are to be paid monthly / quarterly and in any case by the 10th of the month. Failing to do so they are liable to be fined.
Small boys / girls should not be entrusted with payment of fees.
The delay in payment beyond two months renders the pupil liable to be struck off from the rolls.
No reductions are made for vacations or for broken periods.
Pupils shall not be allowed to sit for the Test, Terminal or Final Examination unless all dues are cleared.
Fees for May is to be paid in advance in April even by the students who leave the school in April.
Parents or Guardians unable to pay the fees by the specified date, shall in writing inform the the H.M. stating as to when they will settle the dues. The Result will be issued to students only on full payment of fees.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
